Meet Rogue: Cody, Marissa, Michelle. We have a combined 20 years of SharePoint consulting experience and have touched hundreds of users through training, solution development, and project management.

Why “Rogue”? We came together with a commitment to solve clients’ problems, challenge ourselves, and do business our own way. Rogue also refers to the empowerment of our clients through use of the SharePoint platform. You don’t need to be reliant on the IT department or outside services if you can make IT work for you. We can help with that.

It takes the three of us as a team to make Rogue go. We are responsible for all aspects of this business, from marketing to client satisfaction. If you engage Rogue for your SharePoint needs, we will be involved in scoping and execution. We are a small business, and we take it all very personally. That’s why you will see blog content from us directly. We’ll try to keep it fresh. And leave comments if there is a particular topic of interest. We will see what we can do!

Here is a little more about us.

Cody Gros is recognized from Baton Rouge to Long Island as a SharePoint expert. His technical skills range from mastery of infrastructure to super custom app solutions, upgrades with data migrations, and Cloud-ready assessments. A graduate of ITI in Baton Rouge, Cody began his career as a network administrator and quickly gained experience in the SharePoint platform via on-prem installations and configurations. On the weekends, you will find Cody in a Crossfit box conquering his personal fitness goals.

Marissa Lockhart is an LSU graduate in Information Systems and Decision Sciences (ISDS) with roots in greenfield application development who mastered SharePoint nearly 10 years ago. She found her niche in custom branding, which is considered among many SharePoint developers to be among the most complex implementations. Her attention to detail results in her ability to give clients exactly what they want, even when they are not sure what words to use to describe it. A red wine connoisseur, Marissa also cooks a mean dinner and has shown many holiday tables who’s boss.

Michelle Bolda is a seasoned Project Management Professional (PMP) with 15 years of consulting experience, a dozen of those spent in IT. In her past lives, she has been a graduate student in English, a technical writer, a systems and business analyst, and a teacher. She is an agile evangelist with a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification and is committed to customer service excellence through project execution. Michelle expresses her less buttoned-up side with her kids by hosting dance parties and lip sync competitions around the kitchen island.

Thanks for reading! Go Rogue!
